EDIP looks at the whole learner across eight dimensions, from academic and cognitive strengths to motivation, behaviour, and future-ready skills. And it doesn't just say where you are; it shows where you could go, the gaps in between, the risks to watch, and a clear pathway forward — and it can be revisited as you grow, from Class 9 to employability. You get a Student Holistic Profile — an easy-to-read picture of the learner across all eight dimensions. It includes a FIT score showing how well different paths suit them, a map of strengths and gaps, a heads-up on risks to watch, and — most importantly — a personalised pathway roadmap with recommended streams, courses, and careers, plus the next steps to get there. You can also add a one-on-one counsellor session to walk through it together. It's not a number on a page; it's a plan you can act on.
